Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide production, operations support, and application administration for NVIDIA business and web applications and related third-party ecosystems.
  • •Handle production support activities including help requests, installations, configurations, debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
  • •Support application design and deployment projects, including change management and monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/MS degree with about five years of experience as an application support administrator in a Microsoft-oriented IT environment.
  • •Excellent application administration experience in AWS/Azure cloud (minimum two years).
  • •Strong technical understanding of n-tiered Microsoft platforms and application architectures.
  • •Expertise in web servers (IIS and Apache) and power shell scripting.
  • •Strong debugging/troubleshooting ability, including ASP/.Net application support and application/security, database, and OS debugging.
