Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • •Support backlog refinement and assist Product Owners in maintaining aligned, prioritized backlogs.
  • •Identify, track, and remove impediments to keep delivery on track.
  • •Provide foundational Agile coaching and demonstrate servant leadership.
  • •Track Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and overall sprint health, and communicate risks, dependencies, and progress across stakeholders.

Salary: USD 100,000 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Certified Scrum Master or a comparable industry certification is required.
  • •2+ years of experience supporting Agile teams or working in an Agile development environment.
  • •Experience facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, including backlog refinement and impediment identification/removal.
  • •Basic proficiency with Jira and Confluence, and familiarity with Microsoft Teams or comparable collaboration tools.
  • •Maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and provide TS+SCI eligibility.
