Key Responsibilities

  • •Source and secure partner-issuers and secondary-market instruments across yield and structured product categories for platform listing.
  • •Lead commercial discussions to secure optimal terms with partners, including issuers, project teams, and institutional partners.
  • •Build and maintain a senior network spanning global financial institutions, alternative credit managers, and digital asset issuers to sustain a consistent flow of institutional-grade opportunities.
  • •Design onboarding frameworks — including legal structures, token standards, and issuance mechanics — and ensure rigorous technical delivery.
  • •Conduct due diligence of underlying assets with focus on valuation accuracy, legal title, and cash-flow integrity.

Key Requirements
