Job Summary

Lead global strategic partnerships with institutional issuers of digital assets, coordinating with engineering, legal, and compliance to onboard and integrate partners for new digital asset products on OKX exchange entities outside of Hong Kong. Drive market research, negotiations, and ecosystem growth to expand OKX’s institutional partnerships worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct global market research and proactively identify strategic partnership opportunities between global issuers of digital assets-related products and OKX exchange entities.
•Participate in commercial discussions with such potential partners and advise on key terms and structure of partnership with OKX.
•Build and maintain a relationship network with relevant global partners to sustain a consistent flow of institutional-grade opportunities.
•Support commercial due diligence against potential partners and optimize SOPs and standards for OKX exchange entities in vetting and onboarding global partners and their related products and services.
•Analyze and advise OKX exchange entities on the product-market fit of related products issued by such partners.

Key Requirements

•3–5+ years in exchange or trading platform businesses, venture capital, fixed income, or structured finance.
•Demonstrated track record in identifying strategic partnerships, leading and managing commercial negotiations in high-value deals in finance or digital assets.
•Strong ability to identify strategic partnership opportunities and evaluate counterparty risks (including credit risks and asset quality).
•Solid knowledge of digital asset ecosystem, blockchain technology, and token economics.
•Native-level English; Mandarin proficiency is a significant advantage for global market coverage.
