Job Summary

Drive sales and provide hands-on technical support for Sika’s mining portfolio, covering shotcrete, tunneling, and mining products. Support and grow presence across the Sudbury and Timmins regions by working with mining companies, consulting engineers, contractors, and distributors. Own territory sales strategies to increase market share, contribute to forecasts and pricing, prepare RFQs/tenders/bids, and deliver technical presentations, training, and field testing reports while representing Sika’s safety-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

•Promote Sika’s mining product portfolio to engineering firms, contractors, and distribution partners to drive specifications.
•Provide on-site technical support and expertise for active shotcrete, tunneling, and mining projects.
•Execute territory sales strategies to increase market share, revenue growth, and support sales forecasting, pricing, and budgeting.
•Prepare and participate in RFQs, tenders, and bid submissions; deliver Lunch & Learn sessions and technical presentations.
•Support shotcrete crews with material performance monitoring, hands-on training, equipment maintenance guidance, field testing, and performance reporting.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: CAD 75,000 - 80,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Civil, Mining, or Geotechnical Engineering degree (or equivalent experience).
•2-3 years of relevant mining experience.
•Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Analytical, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
