Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with senior leadership to execute and enable business goals using HR practices and business operations knowledge.
  • •Lead HR initiatives including performance management, organizational planning, compensation planning, and learning and development.
  • •Resolve complex employee relations issues and investigations with employees/managers and partner with Legal as needed.
  • •Build a positive employee culture by maintaining confidentiality, establishing trust, and interfacing directly with employees.
  • •Partner with clients and talent acquisition on recruitment strategies and candidate selection, and lead special projects as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
