Job Summary

Lead Universal Entertainment’s HR strategy by partnering with senior leaders to execute business goals across functions like Finance, Legal, Communications, Bravo, and Peacock Unscripted. Drive key HR initiatives including performance management, organizational planning, compensation planning, and learning & development. Tackle complex employee relations and investigations with Legal support, build trusted employee culture, and partner with talent acquisition on recruitment strategies and candidate selection. Manage special projects as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with senior leadership to execute and enable business goals using HR practices and business operations knowledge.
•Lead HR initiatives including performance management, organizational planning, compensation planning, and learning and development.
•Resolve complex employee relations issues and investigations with employees/managers and partner with Legal as needed.
•Build a positive employee culture by maintaining confidentiality, establishing trust, and interfacing directly with employees.
•Partner with clients and talent acquisition on recruitment strategies and candidate selection, and lead special projects as assigned.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
•7+ years of relevant HR experience including recruiting, employee relations, and organizational development.
•Solid business acumen, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
•Ability to multi-task and balance numerous priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•Proven ability to coach and counsel employees, including executive-level management.
