Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain ServiceNow CMDB and related ITOM Discovery components, including story implementation, operational support, and incident/request handling.
  • •Enhance ServiceNow platform capabilities (security controls, Business Rules, Flow Designer, workflows, and client/UI policies) and implement performance analytics and CMDB query support.
  • •Build ServiceNow data ingestion by developing ETL/transform maps (including robust transformers), schedule precedence-based jobs, and support API/JDBC/CSV data sources.
  • •Provide ServiceNow administration for CMDB by leading planning and executing ITSM/ITOM engagement workstreams and leveraging ServiceNow AI capabilities.
  • •Integrate ServiceNow with third-party platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) using MID servers and REST/SOAP APIs, and support automation via scripts and workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 2+ years with an advanced degree), or 8+ years with relevant experience.
  • •4+ years of ServiceNow development experience with in-depth knowledge of ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB processes.
  • •Experience with ServiceNow performance monitoring, scripting, and integrations, including troubleshooting catalog requests and data imports.
  • •Ability to write JavaScript and work with REST Messages / Scripted REST APIs, familiarity with JSON.
  • •Document system design and configuration effectively, and have strong communication skills for globally distributed collaboration.
