Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage equipment projects from beginning to end, accountable for scope of work, schedule, and budget within available resources.
  • •Review construction schedules and generate ship status reports detailing product lead times and overall project status.
  • •Coordinate equipment/controls/services selection and pricing, and integrate them into each project.
  • •Create and maintain cost estimates and forecasts, resolve major scope deviations, and prepare/update project schedules with tasks, dependencies, and milestones.
  • •Manage orders and payments (material and vendor orders, purchase orders, work orders), handle progress billing/collections support, and support customer/warehouse/claims for damaged or missing equipment; maintain warranty transition to service process.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance or business management with 3–5 years of experience in project management or construction management (preferred).
  • •Financial management and budgeting experience required.
  • •Working knowledge of construction facets (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems) and HVAC/electrical/temperature controls operations.
