Key Responsibilities

•Follow safety protocols and use required protective gear to ensure secure work for yourself and your crew.
•Collaborate with managers and coworkers; communicate clearly, solve problems, and help maintain a positive team dynamic.
•Assist with project tasks such as shoveling, raking, wheelbarrow operation, signaling operators, and moving materials.
•Operate small power tools when needed and handle traffic control devices like signs, cones, and barricades.
•Perform material handling and site preparation (dig, spread, level materials) and report concerns or issues to your manager.
