Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish, implement, and maintain the ISO 9001 quality management system (QMS).
  • •Conduct management review meetings and promote QMS awareness across the organization.
  • •Plan and direct quality standards, processes, and work instructions, and set quality objectives and metrics.
  • •Ensure customer requirements are met by driving timely corrective actions (including 8D’s).
  • •Maintain document control for critical QMS documents and lead investigations using root-cause analysis for customer/plant issues and rejected parts/lots.
