Drive MRP discipline, manage engineering change impacts, and protect supply continuity for electric drive units and related high-voltage components. In the first 12 months, improve On-Time and In-Full performance, supplier delivery metrics, inventory accuracy, and cross-functional launch risk visibility while building and standardizing team execution.
