Customer Experience Banker

Serve as a non-NMLS financial concierge for walk-in customers in a branch setting. Deliver excellent customer service, resolve issues, and educate customers on consumer deposit products. Proactively grow relationships through a disciplined sales process, follow-up, outbound calling, and referrals, while referring customers to other bank areas to deepen partnerships. Accurately process transactions, balance daily, and follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
