Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the overall e-commerce trading strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition targets.
  • •Lead development and execution of annual and quarterly commercial plans, promotional calendars, and trading initiatives.
  • •Improve conversion, average order value, customer retention, and customer lifetime value using customer behavior and market insights.
  • •Oversee web merchandising, site search, navigation, category optimization, and product discoverability, ensuring flawless campaign and product launch execution.
  • •Lead and develop the e-commerce team, partnering across Marketing, Merchandising, CRM, Supply Chain, Technology, Finance, and Retail while managing external agencies and vendors.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, Economics, or related field.
  • •Master’s degree (MBA or similar) preferred.
  • •8-12+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, omnichannel retail, or digital trading.
  • •Proven experience leading teams and managing direct reports.
  • •Strong experience in digital merchandising, performance analytics, commercial planning, and online trading.
