Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate the business and financial planning processes, ensuring alignment between operational, financial, and strategic priorities.
  • •Integrate information and viewpoints from Finance, Operations, staff areas, and Corporate to create an end-to-end perspective for decision-making.
  • •Ensure the correct execution of business planning cycles by defining milestones, owners, assumptions, and key deliverables.
  • •Monitor progress on strategic commitments and key initiatives, identifying deviations, risks, and improvement opportunities early.
  • •Prepare executive analyses, reports, and presentations, and manage prioritization of the General Manager’s strategic agenda to track critical commitments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Commercial/Industrial Civil Engineering or a related field; postgraduate education in Administration, Finance, Strategy, Business Management, or related disciplines is preferred.
  • •10+ years of experience, including at least 7 years in management control functions within finance leadership roles in mining companies, or performance management in mining companies.
  • •Experience leading or coordinating integrated processes for planning, tracking, and control of strategic initiatives.
  • •Cross-functional experience working with operational, financial, corporate, and leadership teams to align perspectives.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with SAP and corporate analysis/reporting tools, plus advanced English (oral and written).
