Key Responsibilities

  • •Consult, advise, and influence ER course of action across harassment, discrimination, D,E&I, performance management, and workforce optimization.
  • •Train and coach leaders; provide consultation on people policies, procedures, employment laws, standards, and government regulations.
  • •Conduct workplace investigations and manage employee issues and disputes with expedient resolutions, documentation, and escalation as required.
  • •Plan, execute, and monitor separations, severance, and restructuring activities to ensure compliance with global and local employment processes.
  • •Represent the company in labor dispute and arbitration cases; analyze turnover metrics, manage turnover surveys/exit interviews, and support union affairs and D,E&I programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least 8 years of HR experience in an MNC environment.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or equivalent, with frequent interaction with leaders, employees, and labor union representatives.
  • •Strong knowledge of and ability to interpret Taiwan labor laws, local employment best practices, and international labor standards.
  • •Effective communication and influencing skills, including the ability to use AI to prepare and deliver persuasive written and verbal ideas.
  • •Experience as a team leader and ability to manage conflict; plus experience using AI tools for project management and program execution.
