Job Summary

Join Aon’s UK Investment Operations team as a Client Implementation Associate, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to onboard and amend client mandates for delegated investment clients. You’ll coordinate legal and fund documents, AML/KYC checks, and transition planning, deliver client reporting via portals, and respond to information requests from clients, auditors, consultants and administrators while maintaining robust procedures in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

•Onboard and amend client mandates for delegated investment clients.
•Coordinate and respond to queries from internal and external parties including custodians, investment managers, auditors and administrators.
•Deliver client reporting via portals and traditional delivery methods.
•Coordinate legal and fund documentation and AML/KYC checks during transition planning.
•Maintain and update operational procedures and controls for the business.
