  • •Review service performance trends to identify improvement opportunities and support implementation of process enhancements.
  • •Develop regular operational reports and business reviews to track partner performance and service effectiveness, supporting regional/global initiatives as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in OEM partner management, service operations, or a related business function.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Experience managing service KPIs, operational metrics, and process improvement initiatives.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across functions and organizational levels.
  • •Fluency in English and Mandarin, with professional written and spoken communication.
