Key Responsibilities

  • •Support planning, analysis, and design of advanced CRM solutions (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, AI Copilot).
  • •Design and build scalable, secure CRM architectures integrated with enterprise systems and cloud services.
  • •Handle escalations and troubleshoot issues, including using AI where applicable.
  • •Ensure project quality using KPIs, testing (including automated tests), and security best practices.
  • •Collaborate with global/offshore teams and international stakeholders, promoting continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 30,560 - 56,210 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE platform.
  • •Strong skills in C#, .NET Framework/Core and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • •Experience with Windows Services, SQL Server, and integration tooling (SISS).
  • •Hands-on work with enterprise architectures, data integration, DevOps pipelines, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
  • •Experience integrating with Azure Integration Services and other cloud services.
