Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end strategy for authentication and device trust, including signal architecture, decisioning topology, rule construction, threshold tuning, and loss/false-positive attribution.
  • •Architect layered perimeter defense against ATO and scam interception, credential stuffing, MFA bombing, OTP interception, SIM swap, adversary-in-the-middle phishing, and emulator-driven bot traffic.
  • •Own device trust discipline: device identification/recognition, behavioral biometrics, network reputation, device-graph and entity resolution, and signal development beyond the vendor stack.
  • •Orchestrate the vendor stack (Transmit Security Mosaic and adjacent providers) with capability assessment, integration/data flow design, decision timing, and continuous performance tuning.
  • •Design step-up, account recovery, and high-risk transaction decisioning by synthesizing device, behavioral, network, and credential-risk signals with explicit FPR budgets; lead 3DS/CNP/tokenization decisioning for card-not-present transactions and coordinate with InfoSec threat intelligence to update the live policy stack.

Salary: USD 160,000 - 275,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Statistics, Information Systems, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
  • •15+ years of work experience in Fraud Strategy, Authentication Risk, Device Intelligence, or Adversarial Security Engineering.
  • •Deep track record reducing account takeover and scam losses across banking, card, crypto, and P2P surfaces.
  • •Operational fluency with perimeter threats including credential stuffing, MFA bombing, OTP interception, SIM swap, ATO, and emulator-driven automation.
  • •Hands-on architectural experience with device identification/recognition and intelligence platforms (e.g., Transmit Security Mosaic, Iovation, ThreatMetrix, BioCatch) plus strong SQL/Python for scalable data systems.
