Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic commercial and risk advice during all phases of the project lifecycle to assess performance and support project and organizational leadership.
  • •Develop and deliver financial reporting, forecasting, and commercial performance analysis for projects and portfolios.
  • •Manage change control processes, assess commercial risks and opportunities, and apply contractual mechanisms including change quotations and client/stakeholder negotiations.
  • •Ensure commercial activities comply with internal standards and external regulatory requirements, and maintain transparency via progress meetings and change control forums.
  • •Oversee earned value management, cost reconciliation, estimate-at-completion (EAC) reporting, and supply chain/vendor contracts including payment applications and invoice processing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 15 years of professional experience in commercial, financial, or legal roles within construction, including at least 10 years of management experience on large international airport projects.
  • •Proven experience managing commercial aspects of large-value projects with contract values exceeding $1 million.
  • •Strong understanding of risk management procedures and best practices, including commercial analysis and budget forecasting.
  • •Knowledge of commercial and contract law with experience using contract forms such as NEC, JCT, FIDIC (or similar).
