Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development of communications strategies, themes, core messages, and collateral for multiple audiences and stakeholders.
  • •Identify and map key stakeholders and establish engagement strategy and delivery plans for client projects.
  • •Support consultation delivery by developing surveys, managing stakeholder feedback channels, and analysing consultation responses.
  • •Plan and deliver events (physical and virtual), including logistics, tailored materials, Q&As, and colleague briefings with attendee safety and wellbeing in mind.
  • •Liaise with internal and external clients to ensure high customer service and provide accurate, timely reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •You hold a Degree or a Masters in a relevant subject (e.g., Social Science, History, Politics, Geography, Language and Literature, Law, Business) or equivalent relevant experience.
  • •Strong interest in sectors such as infrastructure, transport, energy, water, and residential/commercial development, with confidence engaging varied stakeholder groups.
  • •Proactive and ambitious, able to work well both alone and in a team, and able to bring new engagement ideas.
  • •Strong communication skills, culturally aware, with focus on inclusion and accessibility.
  • •Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong report writing, research, numeracy, and verbal/written communication.
