Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Product, Design, Frontend, Infrastructure, and Mobile engineers to deliver features from discovery to rollout.
  • •Own backend features across technical design, implementation, testing, and rollout through observability.
  • •Design, build, and maintain efficient, scalable, reliable Ruby/Elixir services.
  • •Operate within a Kubernetes-driven environment while working toward a microservice architecture.
  • •Apply Domain-Driven Design to deliver high-quality products from inception to delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in product engineering, developer tools, or infrastructure at scale.
  • •Experience building and maintaining globally distributed systems.
  • •Knowledge of event-driven architectures, including Kafka.
  • •Deep experience building and integrating AI-augmented workflows/AI agents while adhering to architecture and security standards.
  • •Familiarity with Ruby, Elixir, or TypeScript.
