Job Summary

Support the Creator Operations team by maintaining weekly dashboards and trackers for creator and campaign performance, including Live GMV, sessions, penetration, and pacing vs. target. Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and improve weekly trackers and dashboards for creator and campaign performance metrics such as Live GMV, sessions, penetration, and pacing vs. target.
•Support campaign planning and analysis, including pre- and post-performance evaluation.
•Assist with data extraction, cleaning, reconciliation, and quality assurance to ensure report accuracy and consistency.
•Create weekly insights and executive summaries highlighting key drivers, gaps, and recommended next steps for stakeholders.
•Support ad hoc analytics tasks, process documentation, and basic research on creator prospects or opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Actively enrolled student studying Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
•Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX, SUMIFS, PivotTables, charts, and basic data validation.
•Comfortable handling and processing large datasets with cleaning, reconciliation, quality checks, and anomaly identification.
•Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to translate numbers into clear insights and action items.
•Strong communication and presentation skills, including creating well-structured decks to present updates to stakeholders.
