Job Summary

Lead the technical delivery of evaluation and benefits management projects within AECOM’s Transportation team. Provide strategic leadership, oversee complex project work using best-practice evaluation approaches (including the Magenta Book), and translate insights into robust solutions for public and private sector clients. You’ll also support business development through bids and proposals, represent AECOM at industry events, and help recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing technical team across the UK.

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience working in evaluation and benefits management.
•A higher degree in Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.

•Practical experience applying mixed methods and designing theory-based experimental/quasi-experimental evaluation for transport projects.
•Proven track record designing and implementing Benefits Management, with strong analytical capabilities for complex datasets.
