Key Responsibilities

•Lead development of technical approaches and design procedures to deliver high-quality, cost-effective environmental projects.
•Oversee project execution from planning through completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and client management.
•Prepare and review technical deliverables, drawings, calculations, and sketches; ensure regulatory compliance.
•Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to meet project objectives and deliverables.
•Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff while maintaining high work standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS and 6 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
•8+ years of experience supporting RCRA regulatory compliance, hazardous waste management, and environmental permitting projects (preferred)
•Strong knowledge of federal and state hazardous waste regulations, including RCRA corrective action and compliance programs (preferred)
•Experience leading multidisciplinary environmental projects, including technical oversight, budgeting, scheduling, and client management (preferred)
•Professional certification such as CHMM, PE, PG, or other relevant environmental credential (preferred)
