Job Summary

Build and scale the 24/7 operating backbone behind payment products by connecting complex crypto and fiat financial processes to reliable, repeatable execution. Lead reconciliation transformation from manual to automated, resolve discrepancies across internal partners and counterparties, and support exchange/bank connectivity. Partner with Product, Trading, Risk, Treasury, and Engineering to assess operational risks, document finance operational flows, and support a global customer base across weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with Product, Trading, Treasury, and external customers to ensure timely settlement of crypto and fiat funds across products.
•Build programs and strategies to identify and resolve discrepancies quickly across internal partners and counterparties.
•Support exchange and bank connectivity by integrating data into core operational processes.
•Lead the transformation of reconciliation from manual to automated across a suite of products.
•Assess operational risks and requirements across asset types, and document/refine finance operational flows with key partners.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 176,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years in operations supporting payment services, trading, or middle office, including 2–4 years in a leadership capacity.
•Experience with payment services, collections, markets, and instruments (e.g., OTC, crypto, derivatives) and core reconciliation principles.
•Comfort working in Google and Microsoft applications, ideally Excel and VBA.
•Experience building and/or supporting connectivity with banks, exchanges, or crypto platforms.
•Exposure to automation initiatives and SQL query creation for daily operations is preferred.
