Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical safety expertise and ensure design and engineering compliance with relevant codes and ADNOC standards.
  • •Coordinate and monitor technical safety design and engineering activities with the EPC contractor and other engineering stakeholders.
  • •Perform regular reviews and approvals of technical safety deliverables to ensure design quality and adherence to specifications, codes, standards, and best practices.
  • •Support design development including integration, equipment sizing/selection, design options analysis, and layout/model/design reviews and technical workshops.
  • •Provide technical assistance during installation, pre-commissioning, and commissioning and coordinate technical reviews, bid evaluation, and performance evaluation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • •Minimum 15 years of relevant oil and gas industry experience in upstream offshore work for competitor organizations.
  • •PMC experience is highly preferable, with strong experience on large projects.
  • •Middle East/GCC experience is required (e.g., projects with Saudi Aramco, Qatar Energy, PDO).
  • •Detailed knowledge of relevant international codes and standards, plus excellent written and verbal communication skills.
