Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage a team of structural engineers, technicians, and BIM professionals.
  • •Allocate resources, monitor workloads, and ensure timely project delivery.
  • •Provide technical guidance for reinforced concrete, steel, composite, and foundation design, including review of structural calculations and reports.
  • •Coordinate with regional project managers, discipline leads, and design teams while monitoring project progress, risks, budgets, and resource utilization.
  • •Serve as the primary GCC contact for the UK Structure team and support capability development through training, onboarding, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
  • •15+ years of experience in structural engineering and project delivery.
  • •Experience leading engineering teams in a GCC, consultancy, or design environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of international design codes (Eurocodes, British Standards, ACI, IBC, etc.).
  • •Chartered Engineer status or progress toward professional accreditation preferred.
