•Lead the top-down GPS strategic agenda in the designated region by developing and implementing an effective sales plan.
•Provide regular product and success-story sharing to partners for business replication and lead region-specific initiatives.
•Drive the commercialization of GPS solutions to maximize GPS operating account base in the region.
•Ensure understanding of clients’ businesses, industries and treasury management structures to identify GPS needs and deliver tailored solutions.
•Proactively promote GPS propositions through engagement with clients’ treasury functions and collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize GPS penetration.

Key Requirements

•10+ years experience in Commercial Banking with strong commercial judgment and understanding of Financial Crime Compliance
•Experience in leading and managing a revenue-generating sales team
•Familiarity with government rules and local regulations, with a clean criminal/adverse record
•Proficiency in both English and Mandarin
•Proven track record in driving GPS/treasury solutions sales and achieving targets
