Senior Specialist, Logistics

Handle shipping, receiving, and processing of materials to ensure orderly storage and efficient flow of incoming and outgoing products. Maintain and update purchase order systems when shipments are received, canceled, or backordered, while managing inventory through material scheduling and new/substitute ordering. Coordinate with purchasing, production, and engineering to keep ordering, delivery, storage, and distribution documentation accurate, and provide logistics support beyond Level 1–2 tasks by collaborating with support teams and carriers.
