Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead discovery workshops, technical assessments, and solution design activities for cloud platforms and infrastructure projects using Dell hardware.
  • •Design, deploy, integrate, and migrate cloud platforms, including lifecycle management, upgrades, automation, and integration with supporting services.
  • •Provide Level 3 support across virtualization, operating systems, identity services, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions.
  • •Create solution documentation, implementation plans, test procedures, runbooks, and operational handover materials.
  • •Present recommendations, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and collaborate with customer and delivery stakeholders to achieve project outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in consulting, cloud infrastructure, virtualization, or enterprise infrastructure engineering.
  • •Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale migration projects.
  • •Strong VMware Cloud Foundation expertise including vSphere, vSAN, NSX, Aria Automation, and related VMware technologies.
  • •Experience with at least one alternative cloud platform to VCF (e.g., Red Hat, Azure Local, Nutanix).
  • •Must have an active NV1.
