Direct Procurement Specialist

Execute procurement activities to secure raw materials and components for the manufacturing line. Convert purchase requisitions into ERP purchase orders, track shipments for on-time delivery, and monitor inventory and safety stock levels. Follow up with suppliers on delays and lead-time bottlenecks, escalate critical shortages, and maintain accurate master data including pricing and supplier contacts. Coordinate invoice discrepancies with Accounts Payable and manage supplier returns through the RMA process.
