Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead Attio’s Product Security function for a large-scale, AI-native SaaS platform and sensitive customer data.
  • •Partner with Engineering Leadership to ensure security-by-design across the engineering organization.
  • •Identify and mitigate risks and attack vectors tied to AI-driven product features and AI-assisted software development.
  • •Lead production security incident response, including root-cause analysis, remediation planning, and driving resolution.
  • •Recruit, retain, and develop a world-class Security Engineering and SecOps team.

Key Requirements

  • •Full understanding of application security in a high-scale, multi-tenant SaaS context.
  • •Experience securing SaaS applications through prevention, detection, and remediation, and integrating tools into a scalable, cost-efficient program.
  • •Strong incident response skills across the full incident lifecycle from detection through post-incident corrective action.
  • •Ability to recruit, retain, and develop a high-quality information security team as the business scales.
  • •Experience running an application security program in a multi-tenant SaaS environment is desirable.
