  • •High school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution setting, with ability to obtain forklift certification.
  • •Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and regularly lift/move up to 10 lbs., occasionally up to 50 lbs., and work in environments with occasional extreme temperatures.
  • •Strong mathematical, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills, including familiarity with product catalog numbers and handling requirements.
  • •Broad knowledge of distribution center methods, procedures, safety regulations, and forklift operation protocols.
  • •Ability to operate a stand-up forklift, High Reach, and an Order (Cherry) Picker, working in a scanner-directed role while meeting productivity and quality standards.
