Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide administrative support to ICE immigration officials processing immigration cases, including records management and document preparation.
  • •Prepare, review, and manage case files to ensure accuracy and completeness in all documentation.
  • •Update Alien Files (A-files) and ICE systems with accurate, current case status; enter data and maintain both electronic and paper records.
  • •Retrieve, compile, and organize court records and supporting materials from multiple databases and government sources; generate case status reports and tracking logs.
  • •Assist with docket coordination with EOIR and USCIS and support removal and post-removal management tasks, including document preparation and case closure in ICE systems.

Key Requirements

  • •US citizen who has resided in the U.S. for the last five years.
  • •At least 21 years of age and able to work on-site with travel 25% of the time.
  • •Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and a valid driver's license.
  • •3+ years of experience in immigration case management support or related social services/human services, prisoner/probation case management, or healthcare case management.
  • •Obtain and maintain a DHS/ICE Government clearance and pass criminal background/consumer credit check plus pre-employment and random drug tests.
