Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the “voice of the customer” for OI facilities to ensure 100% customer satisfaction on all sales orders
  • •Manage multiple sales orders concurrently and serve as the primary point of contact for customers and vendors
  • •Coordinate kickoff/turnover meetings at the point of sale with required information, paperwork, and scope clarity; align scheduling with the “Customer Ship Date” in AX
  • •Provide direction and oversight across engineering, production planning, transportation, procurement, and accounting throughout the project lifecycle
  • •Prepare change order proposals, monitor progress/costs and contract compliance, and proactively resolve obstacles; up to 10% travel for site visits
