Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead teams of product handlers and support staff to complete daily photo/receiving and authentication tasks.
  • •Run daily huddles, flex goals, and adjust workloads based on supply and production needs while meeting SLA.
  • •Coordinate inbound consignment flow with outbound teams/management, including product transfers and rack scanning accuracy.
  • •Oversee end-of-night closing procedures and send daily recaps; keep the fashion product handling area organized.
  • •Handle authentication exception items by bringing them to the corresponding departments and ensure completed product is moved to putaway for outbound.
