Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with BIM standards and contractual obligations, supporting delivery teams and maintaining QA for BIM deliverables.
  • •Lead onboarding, training, and digital solution mobilisation to ensure efficient information delivery.
  • •Oversee task teams, monitor progress, address delays, and drive Information Execution Plans and supply chain assessments.
  • •Provide strategic information management direction, produce reports, and lead digital implementation.
  • •Act as an intermediary between stakeholders, compile lessons learned, identify training needs, and support R&D to enhance BIM processes and tools.

Key Requirements

  • •At least three years of working experience, ideally with relevant education in Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • •Proficiency in information management and implementing industry standards such as ISO 19650 across the project lifecycle.
  • •Proficiency with BIM tools and CDE solutions, including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Forma.
  • •Experience leading information management for large infrastructure projects, including stakeholder coordination and documentation.
  • •Ability to lead and mentor a team of BIM and information management specialists and support onboarding and training.
