Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute mobile growth strategies across key acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, and emerging platforms)
•Own campaign planning, budget allocation, optimization, and performance tracking end-to-end
•Partner closely with creative teams to develop high-performing, platform-native ad creative (static, video, UGC)
•Design and run experiments to improve install rate, activation, retention, and monetization
•Work with product and lifecycle teams to optimize onboarding, conversion flows, and downstream engagement

Key Requirements

•5+ years in mobile growth or growth marketing, with hands-on experience managing mobile acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns or similar platforms
•Proven ability to optimize full-funnel metrics (installs, activation, retention, LTV, revenue) and balance experimentation with execution
•Experience with mobile attribution constraints (SKAN, MMPs) and making data-driven decisions under uncertainty
•Strong collaboration skills working with creative, product, lifecycle, and data teams to drive growth
•Ability to design and run rigorous experiments and to build and leverage attribution frameworks to measure true performance
