Key Responsibilities

  • •Ship AI-powered workflows for Compute and C3 by building agents and automations that off-load manual and repetitive capacity lifecycle work.
  • •Turn fleet utilization, allocation, and demand-forecasting data into dashboards, alerts, and recommendations that leadership acts on.
  • •Audit the existing tooling stack, identify gaps or failures, and generate a prioritized backlog without waiting for a handed roadmap.
  • •Deliver fast team-productivity workflows by triaging requests from Supply, Demand, and C3 and shipping improvements quickly.
  • •Integrate third-party APIs and internal systems to reliably sync events and information across C3, the CRM, and dependent systems; document built workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in AI/automation engineering, workflow automation, or a technical operations role, ideally in a high-growth, AI-native infrastructure or B2B company.
  • •Shipped production agents on Vercel, building durable workflows and sandboxed execution that run reliably in production.
  • •Fluency with AI coding assistants and agent tooling (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar).
  • •Direct experience with a CRM or system-of-record platform (Salesforce or similar).
  • •Experience owning end-to-end AI/automation workflows, including integration and automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make, Workato or similar) plus APIs and webhooks.
