Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform hands-on live on-aircraft troubleshooting and diagnostics to isolate and resolve systems issues during ground and flight line operations.
  • •Analyze and interpret aircraft system test data from ground tests and production flights to diagnose deviations and assess aircraft safety impact.
  • •Provide design engineering activities across the aircraft systems perimeter (aircraft control, avionics, hydro-mechanical, cabin systems, and APU/power plant).
  • •Ensure compliance with aircraft safety and continuous airworthiness standards for approved rework and troubleshooting strategies.
  • •Represent MAP Engineering at flight line debriefs to analyze system parameters and reported telemetry anomalies with flight test engineers and production crews.

Key Requirements

  • •B.S. or M.S. degree in aerospace, mechanical, electrical or systems engineering.
  • •~1 year of relevant experience in aerospace engineering.
  • •Demonstrated effectiveness in solving engineering problems.
  • •Ability to function with self-motivation and self-direction.
  • •Must hold an EASA, TCCA, or FAA Class 2 Medical and be able to perform duties as aircrew.
