Execute high-quality IC layouts across Standard Cells, I/O pads, and Mixed-Signal IP in advanced technology nodes. Independently handle planning and floorplanning from transistor level through cell- and block-level implementation while adhering to advanced process rules. Adapt to emerging layout methodologies, communicate with engineers across sites, and contribute to robust, high-performance designs. Use Cadence Virtuoso and Calibre verification (DRC, LVS, ERC, Antenna, EM/IR) and may support scripting or SKILL.

Job Function: Hardware, Embedded & Systems Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver high-performance, robust IC layouts by applying design guidelines and advanced process rules.
•Plan and execute layouts independently, including cell- and block-level floorplanning from the transistor level up.
•Adapt quickly to emerging layout methodologies and adopt new ideas to improve layout execution.
•Collaborate across sites by communicating effectively with engineers and integrating new layout approaches.
•Perform and support physical verification using Calibre checks such as DRC, LVS, ERC, Antenna, and EM/IR analysis.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor in Electronic Engineering and 3 to 4+ years of hands-on IC layout experience.
•Strong background in Standard Cell, Memory, Full Custom, and/or Analog/Mixed-Signal layout.
•Solid understanding of ESD and Latch-up principles for I/O design.
•Deep understanding of deep sub-micron / advanced nodes (e.g., 5nm, 3nm, 2nm, 1.4nm).
•Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso layout and Calibre physical verification (DRC, LVS, ERC, Antenna, EM/IR).
