Job Summary

The Senior On-Premise Market Execution Specialist drives local market execution for Constellation Brands in the On-Premise channel, partnering with distributor teams to develop and execute localized business plans, increase distribution and visibility of the beer portfolio, and ensure brand leadership at retail to grow sales and market share. Reports to the Senior On-Premise Market Execution Manager and collaborates across national/account teams and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the local market execution of on-premise strategies and initiatives across assigned areas of responsibility.
•Collaborate with the Senior On-Premise Market Execution Manager, On-Premise National & Key Account teams, local distributor management, and Gold Network Distributor partners to develop and execute on-premise business plans and growth initiatives.
•Incorporate overarching on-premise strategies and sales priorities into localized plans; prioritize opportunities, integrate accounts, coordinate distributor engagement, support events, and drive retail execution at the local market level.
•Build and maintain relationships with owners/operators/managers of local strategic accounts and execute on-premise strategies and promotions to support local market development.
•Assist in building localized on-premise development plans including sales/distribution/promotional efforts and contribute to annual on-premise components of the broader plans.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 74,900 - 112,300 annually

Key Requirements

•A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required (in lieu of degree, minimum of four years sales experience with a malt beverage supplier or wholesaler).
•4+ years Retail Sales Experience in the Beverage Alcohol Industry (malt beverage preferred). Complete understanding of the on-premise retail environment.
•Working knowledge of the promotional marketing process.
•Computer literacy with the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel at advanced level, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
•Ability to travel a minimum of 20-30% of working time, including 5 hours of driving.
