Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate BG/Plant Management objectives into a preventive and predictive maintenance plan (PPM) and continuously optimize it to maximize plant availability at the lowest cost
  • •Evaluate plant performance using statistical methods, RCA, and FMEA to identify actual and potential performance killers and cost drivers
  • •Propose and initiate solutions with stakeholders to eliminate issues and to increase turnaround intervals
  • •Prepare capital expenditure proposals for reliability improvement projects and manage them after approval
  • •Safeguard availability of critical and other spare parts and support training for production and maintenance personnel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical/related field
  • •Good command of English; strong communication and teamwork skills
  • •Experience in maintenance within food, chemical, or pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred
  • •Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance, RCA and FMEA
  • •Ability to translate management objectives into actionable maintenance plans and manage capital expenditure projects
