Job Summary

Reliability-focused maintenance engineer translating plant objectives into a preventive and predictive maintenance plan, optimizing VPPM to maximize plant availability at minimum cost. Leads RCA and FMEA to identify performance killers, proposes solutions with stakeholders, prepares CAPEX for reliability projects, ensures spare parts availability, and trains production and maintenance staff to increase ownership.

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Translate BG/Plant Management objectives into a preventive and predictive maintenance plan (PPM) and continuously optimize it to maximize plant availability at the lowest cost
•Evaluate plant performance using statistical methods, RCA, and FMEA to identify actual and potential performance killers and cost drivers
•Propose and initiate solutions with stakeholders to eliminate issues and to increase turnaround intervals
•Prepare capital expenditure proposals for reliability improvement projects and manage them after approval
•Safeguard availability of critical and other spare parts and support training for production and maintenance personnel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical/related field
•Good command of English; strong communication and teamwork skills
•Experience in maintenance within food, chemical, or pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred
•Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance, RCA and FMEA
•Ability to translate management objectives into actionable maintenance plans and manage capital expenditure projects
