Lead Teller - Bilingual Spanish or Russian a Plus

Serve as a primary problem-solver and trusted advisor for clients in an in-branch setting, resolving more complex servicing issues and coaching tellers to deliver an excellent client experience. Listen for financial wellness opportunities, transition clients to a banker, and support client goals using financial wellness tools. Manage day-to-day teller line operations (including scheduling and compliance with audit, security, and regulatory procedures) and assist with onboarding and training new tellers.
