Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, backlog, prioritization, delivery, adoption, and value measurement for digital products supporting Category and Brand Operations teams.
  • •Partner with Category, Brand, Media, Analytics & Insights, and Agency stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into scalable digital product capabilities.
  • •Develop expertise in categories and brand management lifecycle, including mental availability, physical availability, market share, penetration, portfolio performance, innovation, consumer behavior, shopper journeys, brand health, equity, media planning, campaign execution, post-evaluation, and asset management.
  • •Leverage data sources (e.g., Nielsen, HHP, BARC, retail data, campaign data, consumer research, internal performance data) to drive capabilities for media planning, campaign measurement, category analytics, marketing effectiveness, and business reporting.
  • •Define product KPIs and operational health measures, drive adoption via communication and training, and collaborate with engineering, data, design, architecture, and vendor teams to deliver workable solutions while balancing business value, UX, data quality, technical feasibility, security, stewardship, and sustainability.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Analytics, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • •MBA from a recognized institution in Marketing, Strategy, Analytics, General Management, Information Management, or related discipline.
  • •5–8 years of experience in product management and/or digital transformation, marketing technology, analytics, brand operations, category management, consulting, or related business-facing roles.
  • •Experience translating business needs into digital products, analytics solutions, or technology-enabled capabilities with strong product management fundamentals.
  • •Comfort with data-driven decision-making using business KPIs, dashboards, reporting platforms, and experience working cross-functionally with business, IT, data, design, vendors, or external partners.
