  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 7+ years of experience.
  • •Experience/training in Project Management; PMP certification is preferred.
  • •Demonstrated leadership with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, FEA, and 2D/3D CAD (CATIA experience is a plus).
  • •Demonstrated product development experience including design, DFM, prototypes, and root-cause analysis; experience with statistical tools, process capability, DOE, and stack-ups.
