Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect, compile, and analyze data from physical work site materials and technical drawings to support drafting and design activities.
  • •Use 3D CADD software under minimal supervision and partner with engineers to resolve design details and discrepancies.
  • •Produce design-phase deliverables including reports, technical memoranda, design manuals, plans and profiles, models, sections, details, specifications, and material lists.
  • •Verify calculations, interpret contract plans and specifications, and assist with design changes and change orders while escalating technical problems for resolution.
  • •Ensure designs and specifications comply with city code, state and federal regulations, and prepare multiple design versions for engineer review.

Key Requirements
