Key Responsibilities

  • •Discover Agile methodology by participating in different project phases.
  • •Train on the ServiceNow platform fundamentals and business modules.
  • •Learn ITIL 4 and consulting best practices for ServiceNow.
  • •Assist experts in implementing ServiceNow solutions, including the application platform and development environment.
  • •Contribute to internal life (blog articles, recruitment/school relations, training and events).

Key Requirements

  • •Student in an engineering school or IT training (from Bac+3) with a minimum 6-month internship/period of study.
  • •Able to work with object-oriented programming concepts and web technologies including JavaScript, Jelly XML, CSS, SQL, and web services.
  • •Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer/service mindset.
  • •Interest in learning and working in a consulting context around the ServiceNow platform.
  • •Available starting beginning of November 2026 for 6 months.
