Translate growth targets into marketing roadmaps that drive qualified pipeline, strengthen authority, and improve full-funnel conversion. Lead budget allocation (including €2M+), CRO and landing page execution, attribution visibility, and quarterly growth planning. Manage paid, content, web, and design teams while partnering closely with PMM, Revenue, and leadership.
