Key Responsibilities

  • •Work on mechanical projects as part of the overall project team.
  • •Apply supervision and discipline-lead/client direction while interpreting project needs to meet delivery requirements.
  • •Complete detailed mechanical design and performance specifications and provide design/technical advice.
  • •Review and input to the detailed design programme and ensure sufficient resource to complete works.
  • •Perform feasibility assessment and mechanical calculations (e.g., thermal modeling, pipe/pump/duct/fan sizing) and design for compliance with regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record working on projects for mechanical discipline as part of an overall project team.
  • •Able to work using own initiative with supervision on technical aspects of the discipline and follow direction from the discipline lead/client.
  • •Proficient in completing detailed design and performance specifications and providing design/technical advice using a multidisciplinary approach.
  • •Proven understanding of applicable UK and European regulations and knowledge of Part L, demonstrated through calculation.
  • •Must be able to obtain UK vetting level Security Check (SC).
